Preparing Your Full Proposal
Congratulations on being selected to submit a full proposal from the Foundation. Please follow the instructions below and note that these proposal guidelines are for invited applicants only. If you have not received an invitation, these guidelines do not apply to you.
Please click on this link to download a copy of the Full Proposal Guidelines and required forms. The link contains a zip file, which includes the full proposal guidelines, application and budget form. You should also expect to receive an email and letter (via US Post) that includes:
- The request amount CCPF will consider
- Assigned proposal number (please reference this number on all correspondence and submissions to the Foundation)
- Assigned program officer
Submitting Your Full Proposal
You will need to EMAIL (2) copies of your Application Form, Budget and Proposal Narrative (as a file attachment, preferably in ZIP file) on or before the deadline to:
- (1) copy should be sent to your assigned program officer (email will be provided in letter) .
- (1) copy should be sent to the Foundation office at admin@consumerfdn.org,
In addition you will need to MAIL (2) original, signed HARD COPIES of your Application Form, Budget and Proposal Narrative including all other attachments as follows:
- (1) copy will need to be sent to your assigned program officer (address will be provided in letter)
- (1) copy to the Foundation office at:

Faxed copies will NOT be accepted.
